This is a friendly reminder for our clients about the upcoming holiday season. Edge IT’s service desk will be open as usual to support your company into the New Year.
We will not be implementing a change freeze, however, there will be reduced availability for projects and changes between 19th December and 6th January 2023. As such, we recommend that requests for new hardware or projects be booked as soon as possible to prevent delays.
Please be advised, we are anticipating some disruption due to reduced delivery dates and postal strikes.
Our offices will be open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and closed on Bank Holidays. The dates our offices are closed are detailed below:
– Monday 26th December
– Tuesday 27th December
– Monday 2nd January
Outside of our usual operating hours, our standard Out-of-Hour rates will apply.
